Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by our travel agency, based in South Africa, hereafter referred to as “the agency”. By making use of the agency’s services, clients accept and agree to these terms and conditions. The agency reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice, and clients should check them regularly.
Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability, and clients are advised to make reservations in advance to avoid disappointment. A deposit may be required to confirm bookings, and the balance must be paid prior to departure, as stipulated by the agency. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all details on their booking are correct and should notify the agency of any errors or changes as soon as possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the service provided and the terms of the supplier. The agency will provide clients with cancellation and refund policies specific to their booking. Clients should note that cancellation fees may apply, and refunds may take time to process. The agency is not responsible for any third-party cancellation fees or expenses incurred due to cancellations.
Travel Documents and Insurance
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary travel documents, such as passports, visas, and health certificates, as well as appropriate travel insurance. The agency may provide assistance with obtaining travel documents and insurance, but clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary documentation.
Liability
The agency will take reasonable care in selecting suppliers of services and ensuring that they perform their obligations. However, the agency is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any act or omission of any supplier or other third party. The agency is also not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by any force majeure event or other circumstances beyond its control.
Privacy
The agency is committed to protecting clients’ privacy and will only collect personal information necessary for the provision of its services. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the client’s consent.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, and clients agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the agency and the client and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether oral or written. No variation or amendment of these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by the agency.
