Reservation Timing
NOTE: Bookings made within 30 days of the travel date require full payment at the time of booking.
For bookings made 30 days or more prior to the travel date, the following payment schedule will apply:
Initial Booking Fee:
In order for us to proceed with the booking, we require a 10% non-refundable retainer fee. This fee will be deducted from the total value of your travel package. Please note that this fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Booking Confirmation:
Once your accommodation reservation is confirmed, a second payment will be required, usually within 24-48 hours.
This payment will cover 100% of the airfare and a 20% deposit for accommodation. The amount required for this payment will be communicated to you at the time of confirmation.
Remaining Balance Payment
The remaining balance of your travel package will be payable 30 days prior to your arrival. We will provide you with a detailed invoice and payment instructions to facilitate the payment process.
Changes to Bookings
Any changes to your booking, such as modifications to travel dates, destinations, or accommodations, may be subject to additional fees or penalties. These fees will be communicated to you at the time of the change request.
Upon confirmation and complete payment of the booking, the reservation becomes non-transferrable to any other individual.
Cancellations and Refunds
Please note that the initial 10% retainer fee is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your booking after the deposit/final payment, refunds will be subject to the cancellation policies of the airlines, hotels, and other service providers involved in your travel package. We will do our best to assist you in obtaining any eligible refunds, but we cannot guarantee the reimbursement of any funds paid.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. The accepted payment methods and instructions will be provided to you during the booking process.
Please note that all our quotations and pricing are based on EFT payment. In the event that you wish to make payment by credit card, there will be an additional charge of 3.75% of the total value of the travel package. This charge covers the processing fees imposed by the banks credit card companies.
